How it Works

Archery Capital Mortgage Investment Fund provides eligible Wholesale  Investors opportunities to invest in individual loans backed by first mortgage residential and commercial property across a range of different risk, rewards and investment terms.

Eligible Wholesale investors can include Individuals, companies, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF).

Once accepted as a Member of the Fund, you will be offered the opportunity to review investment opportunities and select a Loan Class or multiple Loan Classes, to suit your investment requirements. The details of each Loan will be provided to you including the loan purpose, term, interest rate, security details and other particulars for your decision.

Generally income distributions to investors are paid monthly, subject to the specific terms of each offer.

How to Invest

  1. Read the Information Memorandum
  2. New Investors complete the ‘Eligibility Form’ and the appropriate ‘Application Form’;
  3. New Investors must provide Identification Documents;
  4. Pay the investment by cheque or direct deposit;
  5. Nominate a Loan Class in which you wish to participate in.
