Archery Capital was founded in 2016, initially focussing on providing secured business finance to the SME sector. In 2018 we obtained an Australian Financial Services Licence and commenced offering wholesale investors the opportunity to invest in the Archery Capital Mortgage Investment Fund.
Today, Archery Capital is capable to fund, originate and manage loan opportunities for a range of business purposes such as short-term business finance, property/site acquisitions, subdivisions, bridging finance, debt consolidation, and mezzanine funding.
With 20 years of experience in the Finance, Legal, Accounting and Government sectors, Prini Acharrie brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as CEO of Archery Capital. Prini occupied senior roles at a Major Australian Bank which included building and running high performing teams at a regional and global level. With exposure to both the domestic and international markets, Prini has developed an extensive understanding of the banking and finance industry.
Prini offers expertise in corporate finance, including operational reviews and restructuring as well as capital raisings and advice on debt and equity alternatives.
Prini holds professional memberships with the Law Society of NSW as a solicitor, and is also a member of ARITA (Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association), and INSOL (International Federation of Insolvency Professionals).
Paul Bailey as the Chief Operating Officer at Archery Capital has direct responsibility for the Sales and Marketing divisions. Having spent the last 18 years in Senior roles in Banking and Finance in both the United Kingdom and Australia, Paul has developed a passion for finding and delivering the right solution for stakeholders at both the Borrower and Financier end.
At Archery Capital Paul has leveraged his existing mature network and added a strong contingent of quality brokers and referrers that share his business ethics.
Paul in addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree, is a disciple of Six Sigma, and has embedded this methodology into the DNA of Archery Capital, thereby ensuring that the business is streamlined for efficiency.
Tim is an experienced Accounting professional with a strong bent towards the Finance industry.
Having spent a number of years in an advisory capacity working with distressed SMEs through their most challenging times, Tim remains focussed on ensuring that any funding solution provided to Borrowers, is the right purpose-built solution.
Tim is also responsible for the NSW corridor, and wants to continue to build on the strong reputation enjoyed by Archery Capital in this important jurisdiction.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
Kay Sprague is an experienced senior C level financial services executive with over 25 year’s experience across Investment Management, Merchant Banking and Broking with leading global firms, in product development and senior functional management roles at country, regional and global levels, determining strategy and driving business profitability, growth and development.
Kay has a strong management track-record working as regional COO and business head for global financial services businesses with a deep, broad knowledge of investment funds and financial products locally and globally. She has lead large teams and worked on sizable business acquisitions and excelled at establishing new financial products and re-engineering full scale administration processes to support complex investment processes and products. Kay is a notable change merchant and business builder acquiring, establishing, developing, growing, transforming, divesting and amalgamating business lines across financial industry segments.
Kay in addition to being and FCPA, also holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), and has completed the RG146.
